The property below is part of a property in the Philippines owned by the natives under the Indigenous Peoples Rights Act (IPRA) of the Philippines.

 HAFZA has contracted with the Natives to develop a whole range of industries over their land (75,000 hectares) such as cattle feed-lots, fish farms, tourist projects and much more.  This plan provides for the long term benefit to the Natives under the joint venture and an ongoing source of labour and market for the products through an Ecozone (Free Zone).
