It is on this basis and the basis that HAFZA has a ninety (99) year lease to achieve its goal of the Horn of Africa Free Zone, HAFZA will back its initial developers into the HAFZ program.
In that regard, HAFZA proposes to provide 100% financing to its initial approved developing partners for major projects without personal guarantees. Such projects will include, but not be limited to major industries, hotels, apartment facilities, housing, hospitals, medical clinics to name a few projects.
This funding shall be drawn initially from the HAFZA line of credit raised against assets available for the purpose. Please refer to the HAFZA Financing page.
