What is the Somalia weather like?

Principally desert; December to February - northeast monsoon, moderate temperatures in north (HAFZA Area) and very hot in south; May to October - southwest monsoon, torrid in the north (HAFZA Area) and hot in the south, irregular rainfall, hot and humid periods (tangambili) between monsoons.

HAFZA’S COMMENTS

HAFZA will provide air conditioned office and living facilities in its free zone areas including its motor vehicles.  Dubai as an example also has extreme heat.  However, that city has boomed into a modern and cosmopolitan city which HAFZA wishes to emulate.

During the early days of development most senior employees will be stationed with their families in Dubai.
