In view of the misinformation being promoted by opposing parties to the government Somalia and/or Puntland, HAFZA has posted supporting documents leading up to the Decree (in part as signed confidentiality permits).

 

Scanned copy of memo received from the President of Somalia dated 17 October 2004 in support of HAFZA here.
